Processing Time

Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase. Most orders ship within 2 business days.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, and available shipping options can be selected at checkout.

U.S. Shipping

U.S. delivery usually takes approximately 3–7 business days after the order has shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other shipping delays outside our control.

If your domestic tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us at support@theorthodoxcorner.com and we will help review the shipment.

International Shipping

We ship to many international destinations.

International delivery times vary significantly depending on the destination, local postal service, customs processing, and other factors. Delivery may take from approximately one week to several months.

If your international tracking has not updated for more than 25 business days, please contact us at support@theorthodoxcorner.com and we will help review the shipment.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery speed is outside our direct control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order.

The full shipping cost will always be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Customs, Duties & Import Restrictions

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Customers are also responsible for making sure the products they order can legally be imported into their country.

If a package is delayed, returned, refused, or confiscated because of customs regulations, import restrictions, unpaid duties, or other destination-country requirements, we cannot guarantee a refund.

European Shipping Restrictions

Due to regulatory requirements introduced in August 2026, we currently do not ship to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia (Czech Republic), Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Orders placed with a shipping address in one of these countries may be canceled and refunded before shipment.

We may update this list if regulations or our shipping capabilities change.
